If Jai (Abhishek Bachchan) and Ali (Uday Chopra) are the smartest cops in the force, Mr. A (Hritik Roshan) is an even smarter crook. Jai and Ali are back as the ?buddy cops? on their toughest job so far. Mr. A is an international thief who has planned to steal a priceless artifact in Mumbai and the police have to outsmart him in his act. However, Mr. A manages to steal the artifact and elude the police. In his exploit, he finds his match in Sunehri (Aishwarya Rai) and they form a partnership and move on to Rio for their next job. And even though Jai and Ali missed him in their first go, they are now hot on their trail. With so much in common, the two crooks are drawn towards each other and fall in love. But there?s a little secret about Sunehri that?s going to change everything, and might even put Mr. A behind bars.
